Having been in the industry for almost two decades, running venues and events all over Scotland, England and Ireland, and with a keen interest in street food, I noticed gaps within the market. So,  starting with the hand-building of the Snug, 1806 has quickly evolved to a full service offering, which is both flexible and approachable.  

I have been with 1806 since early 2022. I bring years of experience running various events and national, multi-day excursions. Along with my strong background within the industry, I also have a keen eye for detail, a fun-loving, approachable demeanour and a true passion for making lasting memories.

From Coffee to Cocktails, Pizza to Popcorn and everything in between, Elle is an artist in her field; she joins the team with international experience from some of the world's far-flung corners. You may also see her out on the paddle board for our Paddle and Slice.  

Basil, named after his favourite herb, keeps a cool head when the kitchen gets hot. A chef to trade, Basil brings a stable set of hands and is keen to explore what street food has to offer.  

Brings with her both a love of food and paddle boarding. Having a wealth of international experience on the water, Orsi always knows where and when the best places are.
